Welcome back to “Empower The Vision In You” coaching series of blogs. This is coaching tip #13 in a series over 30 days. Each one builds upon the one before it. My purpose in presenting these blogs is to take you step by step in the process of creating your life from the inside out moving you from where you are to where you want to be.
In the last blog, I wrote about how to write and use affirmations. They are very powerful in changing negative thoughts and very motivating as you continue on the path of achieving goals. They are an inspiration to continually move forward keeping you in the positive feeling vibration. Speaking about positive feeling vibrations, I want to write a little about the Law of Attraction as coaching tip #13. I am sure that you have heard about this law. It is the most popular one of all the universal laws.
Simply put, the Law of Attraction means that like attracts like. Whatever you put out there in the way of feelings and emotions, you attract back to you the same. That is why I can’t stress enough the importance of being and feeling in a positive energy vibration. As I said earlier, learning to control your thoughts and emotions will help you to attract what it is that you want in your life. You are learning to “act” instead of “react” to whatever life gives you. It is your choice. No one can choose how you respond to situations, actions, or people.
It is very important to not look around you for the answers, you need to look inside you. That is where the answers are. That is why it is so important to think good thoughts because that is how the universe will arrange itself to put possibilities and opportunities in front of you that you may have not seen before. What you seek may be right in front of you but you didn’t have the knowing awareness. Every thought process creates a physical reaction in the body-regardless of how small. So, I can’t say enough how you want to act and create as many positive thoughts and emotions as possible to be able to utilize the Law of Attraction to your advantage.
When you are feeling low or out of sync, pay attention as it is your body’s way of telling you that something is not right. Listen and pay attention to your feelings. Doing something that brings you joy can change your mood instantly along with, of course, changing your thoughts.
Pay careful attention to what happens around you because that is a strong indicator that perhaps you need to change your direction. For example, maybe you decided to start a new business in a particular field and you just can’t get it off the ground, no matter what you do. Maybe you need to pay attention to that. Maybe you are off course on the type of business that you wanted to start. Maybe you need to focus on an untapped niche. Maybe you didn’t research beforehand if there was a need for this type of business. Whatever it is, pay attention to what your internal feedback system or intuition is telling you. Listen to the silent words coming from within.
Perhaps there is a fear of failure and that is what may be holding you back from having the breakthrough to move you to the next level in your business. You don’t need to know why you feel that way, you just need to know the feeling and emotions it evokes and do the work to break the pattern of limiting belief.
There will be times when we will experience feelings of disappointment, sorrow, grief, etc. as that is just how life is. But it is important to view those times as learning experiences and be mindful of how you “act” in response to them as that will help you grow in a positive way.
